·         Choose the property you wish to buy.

·         Deposit US $2000.00 with us, for large properties 1% of the sales price.

·         The earnest money form then goes to the seller to sign, change or refuse.

·         Assuming the seller signs, you are then expected to bring up the earnest money to 10% of the selling price.

·         The earnest money receipt then goes to an attorney to make a new title or a contract. Before doing this, he searches the title for any discrepancies, if some are found they must be straightened out or you receive money back.

·         The attorney is guaranteeing your title be sure and get a good one.

·         After the title or contract is ready to sign, we will send it to you through courier. You then sign this as directed. It will be sent then to the seller to sign who will return the documents to us all made out to your name.

·         After receiving the signed documents we will instruct you to pay the balance owing of the contract or cash to the seller direct.

·         After the seller receives his money, we take the document to the attorney to be recorded. This takes about one month.

·         You now own part of Belize.

·         In this manner we can protect the buyers interest as well as the sellers.

·         With both parties happy we get referrals from both of you.
